The 2025 Institute is November 16-20 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Bloomington, Illinois. IMTA's Institute program is designed to provide treasury professionals with the tools and skills you need to successfully provide quality services to your constituents. You have three different options on how you can attend Institute this year:

• Full Institute:  Sunday Noon - Thursday Noon (November 16-20)
• Half Institute One:  Sunday Noon - Tuesday Noon (November 16-18)
• Half Institute Two: Tuesday Noon - Thursday Noon (November 18-20)

The planning committee is working to create an incredible lineup of fresh and relevant topics and speakers. Whether you’re new in your role as a treasury professional or you’re an experienced veteran, you’ll be able to attend plenty of interesting classes. Full Institute provides 29 hours of instruction/CEUs and Half Institutes provide 14.5 hours. If you're going to attend a Half Institute, schedule details will be available later this summer if you want to wait to choose between the first or second half of the week to attend. 

The registration cost to attend Institute is:

• Full Institute Cost: $410
• Half Institute Cost: $235

IMTA's group lodging rate is $132/night (plus applicable fees and taxes); you can make your lodging reservations directly with the DoubleTree online using this link.

Remember, at least one year of the Full Institute is necessary to earn your CIMT. Full and Half Institutes will help you earn points for both certification and recertification. Learn more about IMTA's certification program here.

Corporate Partnerships: If you would like to partner with IMTA, there are three levels of involvement available:

• Training & Networking Partner - $2,000 (limit 2): sponsor the Sunday welcome dinner or Tuesday evening reception and provide a speaker for a committee-approved general training session topic.
• Training Partner - $1,000: provide a speaker for a committee-approved training session topic.
• Networking Partner - $500: receive recognition during a specific networking meal.
